Hi Dee and welcome.

You might find it more useful to go onto juice supplier sites and try their $2 samples to get to know what you like. Of course if your local vape shop will allow you to try various brands this is also a great way to sample juices. I've found that there is a degree of correlation between price and juice quality but that dosen't mean that you won't find juice you like for less money. I'd try mount baker's Vapor or Vape Wild for lower priced juice. A middling but good quality juice can be had from Vaper Vapes and/or Sweet Vapes, and for me who likes max VG juices Velvet Cloud Vapors fills the high end. Everyone will have their favorites and you just gotta start trying them to find yours.

I've also found that many of the samples I try I won't like to start with but leave them for a month or two steeping and it can make all the difference, especially with the lower priced juices.

I just bought a Smok Nano One. I have a few flavors that I have tried. Some taste better than others but I'm interested in which brand juices you like and what flavors.
Welcome and glad you joined.
Bakery and Desert flavors with a few tobacco mixes. I DIY so I vape and mix to my preferences.

I have a guy I really trust at my local shop. I always like his recommendations & he usually lets me try them on a dripper instead of the crappy samplers. Another guy there is great to talk to but I've had terrible luck with his advice. I would see if you can get smaller bottles until you figure out what kinds you like. Only brand I've had more than one of is epiclouds. All delicious but I have to alternate with something less sweet.

Hello Dee and welcome.

I have a bit of a sweet tooth and I like a touch of menthol. Some of my favorites are watermelon chill and pretty much anything with banana in it. There are a lot of flavors out there and it depends on what your tastebuds like.

Due to regs my local shop charges a quarter to test their samples. Not sure if your local shop will let you test but most do.

Another value place if you are not ready to DIY is Verde Valley Vapes. They have sampler packs at different price ranges.

Good luck!

Thank you for welcoming to the forum and your suggestions. I like that there are sites that you can get inexpensive samples before committing to a larger bottle. I guess Google will be my best bet to find sites. My local vape shop where I bought my MOD does allow you to try samples but not of all the juices. I have a sweet tooth so I tend to lean towards thee candy or desert flavors. I did buy a honey and cream in a 30ml which was the only size bottle they sold. He didn't have a sample to try before I bought it and I'm very disappointed in the flavor. I'm just going to let it steep for a month and try it again. The reason why I'm looking for an American company is because we have stricter regulations regarding foods and additives. I am a chemist who works for a pharmaceutical company. Flavors and additives need to be pharmaceutical grade or food grade. Other countries do not have these requirements. I'm also the person in the grocery store reading food labels to see the country of origin and what additives are included. I even find ingredients that I can't pronounce. My general rule of thumb that I suggest to people is, if you can't pronounce it. You shouldn't bee eating it.

Hi @DeeInFL , and welcome to ECF! My favorite company does an excellent job with fruit and dessert vapes. I really like their stuff. They have about 150 flavors, and they do not use diketones in their flavorings. www.ahlusion.us

IF you think that vaping Diacetyl or Acetyl Propyonil could cause Bronchitis Obliterans as inhaling them seems to have in popcorn factory and coffee roasting factory works, then buttery or creamy flavors are suspect and you will want to verify with whatever ejuice company whether or not they contain diketones. Some lie and say no, you can ask for GC test results.

I'm not sure how to take this. There might be high standards in regulated industries but I can assure you both some US and UK companies have had no qualms putting unpleasant ingredients in their liquids. Until some point in the future, buying domestic is no guarantee.
One of the most fabled US e-liquid companies had no qualms loading their liquids with diacetyl. In the UK we had the same. Rather than kill that business it went up in value. All rather sad and indicative of the jungle mentality of many companies.

btw.. you might want to buy Canadian meats... we don't use antibiotics or hormones in ours...
I don't eat much meat. Just an occasional hamburger at a bbq. Mostly free range chicken that I know don't use hormones, antibiotics and organically grown. Basically a vegetarian. Even eating them has become a problem because many are from GE farms. I don't want to eat GMO. They are modified by introducing a virus and there have been no studies to see if there are long term effects on humans. In our country GMOs are not regulated by a government agency but that's for a different forum.

I am fully aware about diacetyl in juices. But I have only found 2 vendors in the US that doesn't use them. But I'm new to vaping. Only 5 weeks. I was looking for American made juices because I want to help the economy in my country. I found a good one in Georgia. No additives and a small business. My post was not meant to insult anyone. I'm sorry if anyone was slighted by my question. I should have been clearer in my post.

yeah umm we don't allow that in our meats... and hate to tell you, all the foods you eat are modified, even those you grow in the garden. we've been modifying our foods since we took up agriculture and breeding programs.

there is absolutely nothing wrong with wanting to support local or country... just keep in mind, when you make a blanket comment about standards... some countries are better and worse and your own might not be top of the list.
