Hi there.

It's good to be here and plan on quitting smoking soon as I am expecting my first baby in just over a month.

I know of at least 6 people that have not smoked in months and these people were at least one pack a day.

Looking forward to some reading and research here

I've not been smoking now for a week, I was getting through 12.5g of rolling tobacco a day easily as well as {Other Stuff}, I have no will power at all but I brought me a sweet tasting juice (fruit mix) and I love the taste of it I didn't even cut down on smoking just fully stopped and now I can't even stand the smell of ciggys

vaping is my new love (don't tell the other half ) I've gone from spending easily £24 a day to spending £4 a week (that's all it's cost me so far!)
