kayfun. Now that's a word I've seen thrown around but yet to look into! Bloody noobs, huh?! o_O

Thanks for tips on UK Cig Store! I've bought from several places before, but never there... But that price... I felt compelled :)

Thanks @eddiea and Hello ;)

The place I got my nano from has a sale at the mo, UK Ecig Store. Got the nano for £13.99. Tempted to order a mini too though, only a quid more expensive. Tempting, tempting :)

A :)
The Nano should do you fine for now, and it's quite easy to refill. A backup tank is priceless, and there are certainly plenty of choices. After you've experienced the Nano and decide you like it, then the Mini would be a worthy choice for a 2nd tank. Just take your time and enjoy it.

@suprtrkr Thanks! Nice to meet you. I'm looking forward to giving the 0.5's a go. I've only ever M2L up until now, but want to try the experience of direct lung hits for sure. These coils deal with high VG juice well? A :)
I can not answer that, I rebuild and have never used a subtank.

Welcome to the forum Alison.
I'm new as well and found this is indeed the perfect place to be for support, advice and tips. I recently did the plunge into 0.5 ohm vaping and it's no more scary than anything above.

Just use common sense and safety with the batteries and you'll avoid the explosion issues. From everything I've read, problems only happen when you start to take safety for granted.

Hi @DorianC Thank you! Good to meet you. Yep, this place does appear the place to be :) How are you finding it? I will make sure that I do a little more research and reading before I begin, but already feel more reassured. Quite excited, to be honest ;) Didn't ever think I'd get this much into vaping, but I'm enjoying the journey so much (even with all the hiccups) Feel so much healthier, too.

Take care, A :)

I find it to be a comforting and active world community of people helping and encouraging each other to do what seemed almost impossible a few years ago.

Good luck with your journey, mine was more rewarding than words can express. :)

Hi @Chrissie! Good to meet you. Ah, Cornwall, beautiful part of the world! I'm not sure it's sunny in any part of the UK right now. Been hammering down all day here :)

I'm originally from Yorkshire, another beautiful part of the world :) Spent a lot of my adult life in the Brighton area, never a dull moment there & then moved down to Cornwall :)

You've lived in some cracking places! I'm originally from Northants, but have lived in Cambridge for just over 26 years now. It's not a bad old place :)

Great to meet you. I'm liking it here! Hope to chat again ;)

Night!

A :)

No worries at all @AlisonLW! It's just that with beginner vapers, it's usually recommended that they start at about 1.2 ohms before going any lower but well, as long as you find what works for you then all's good! I would definitely try a 1.2 ohm coil if given the chance because I don't exactly see myself going any lower than 0.5 ohms for now.
