Hello from a newbie

Hi guys - I am a newcomer here, and am a bit lost. I recently bought an eGo AIO and for the life of it can't get it to work. I charged it, filled it a bit, primed it and the light comes on - have loosened it enough for some air flow. But there's no smoke! How do i get it to work? Drowning, Melinda

Good morning Melinda. Try clicking the fire button 5 times quickly. device may simply need turned on.

Try unlocking the mod. Also, if that doesn't work, try turning it off and on again. This device is so simple I'm having trouble coming up with strategies... Did it work before, or is this right out of the box.

If you have continued issues, might want to take it to a vape shop and see if an employee can help, it might be something simple. If you can't get it to work, you may need to warranty it, but I am hoping it is something very simple....

Welcome aboard. Maybe you loosened the topper from the battery too much. There shouldn't be any SMOKE anyway..

Could contact:
local B&M Vape Shop (Visit) -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise (any authorized distributor).

You may have tightened the coil too tightly when you installed it. Try loosening the coil a tad and try again.
