Hi all,
New here, started vaping in October after smoking since I was very young. Down to one cigarette a day, sometimes none. Not bad considering I was at a pack and a half or more a day.

Welcome and glad you joined. Like some folks, you may find yourself forgetting the one smoke per day. Your doing real good.

I was a dual user for the first 2 years. Then I gave it everything I had and was able to break free.

Dual using didn't work for me all I was doing was kidding myself I was cutting down on the stinkies. Quitting cold turkey was the only way although rough for me it was the only way I could achieve breaking free if the hold the killer sticks had on me.
