Yeah it is nice here, Absolutely nothing around here to do. A fun fact about all the lakes around here the county I live in is actually called Lake County lol.
The cities motto is "America's Seaplane City". Funny though as there are very few seaplane's around.

Howdy Scotty and welcome back! Right now I'm about 40 miles south of Tavares
visiting my Mom for Mother's Day weekend but I'm from the west coast.
All depends on what kind of area you're looking for and $$ ya want to spend. Florida has it all, imho.
