Well, here in the U.S., they have made cigarettes a tax revenue. They make a LOT of money off taxing cigarettes. Not only that, the doctors make a LOT of money treating the cancer caused by cigarettes. Chemo, radiation, drugs, endless cancer treatment. Doctors AND hospitals lose money if people aren't getting cancer. Then we have the BIG PHARMACEUTICAL companies who lose their income by not being able to sell all their drugs to the doctors and hospitals. Add to them, BIG tobacco. The less people smoke, the more money THEY lose. And it's ALL connected. Large Corporations/Government/Medical Industry/Big tobacco. Lose/Lose for them all if we all use Personal Vaporizers.
