First, thanks for a great forum! I have been lurking for awhile doing research before I made the leap into vaping. A little history:
I'm 48...(nearly 49!) and started smoking when I was 18 and in the Marine Corp out of boredom, all of my friends smoking...and too much time at eclubs and strip joints....once hooked..I've been smoking ever since.

I was a 1.5 PAD smoker of mostly Marlboro Special Blend for the last few years, and also smoked a few cigars a week and pipes too. With heart disease high in my family, and my twin brothers wife already having COPD, i figured I need to stop smoking cigarettes...so I kept seeing commercials for "Blu" E cigs and though I would try one. Not bad, but not great...so I started snooping around the web and found this place :)

After checking out vendors, I was surprised to see a vendor that is here in my own back yard with a Brick and Mortar location. I went to vapornine and had a pleasant experience with a very helpful staff. I Purchased two of the AMP XL 900 mAh...a few clearomizers and three liquids to start with.....the Carolina tobacco, Kona Coffee, and the Vanilla Vice. You can sample all of there flavors if you are there, which is great for us newbies.

The Flavors and amount of vapor this produces is awesome!! I picked up two flavors in 11mg, and one in 16mg.....I can tell you for me...( and Im a BIG guy...around 280lbs!) 16 mg was too much!! I felt buzzed and light headed....the 11mg seem perfect for me.

There products seem wonderful...but Im now curious to try other liquids too

so far...the Vanilla Vice is the best tasting of the three....the Carolina is too sweet for a tobacco taste....usable...but I doubt if I will continue and re purchase that....would like to find a more traditional cigarette flavor.....maybe the turkish?

Again, thanks guys for some great post!!

Welcome to the forum! Having a brick and mortar nearby is a nice perk to have, which I don't have unfortunately. Finding a tobacco true flavor is hard to find. The closest I have gotten to it is with diy. 80/20% PG/VG with 2% Flavor Apprentice "Black Honey Tobacco". Without the vanilla, caramel, coffee, etc add-ons at least to me it has that non menthol "blah" taste of a regular cigarette. Please remember that this taste thing is very subjective to all of us.

Hello and welcome! I am new here as well and from Orlando. If you find anything that meets the Marlboro taste let me know as I am looking for the same. I have been off analogs for 2 weeks with a couple of flavors I found in town but I am still looking for "that flavor" for an all day Vapor.

Hop you stay off the cancer sticks and good luck!

Was living in Riverside within the last couple of years - if you ever find yourself in Savannah, hit me up for some beers and a vape!

Welcome! I am new here too, but not to vaping. 5 months analog free here.

There are many vendors that carry small sample packs. Just have to search through thousands of vendors to find them, lol. You can get a drip tip to keep the juice out of your mouth too. I love my drip tips:)

Hello
bluesbishop from Jacksonville.
Loved it when I got to work there. Had the weirdest tech problem at the Hospital. OLD mainframes in the 80's. All the tape drives would shut down at the same time only at a certain time of year ad at a specific time. Turned out because the Computer room was on the 10th floor and had floor to ceiling windows at a certain time and day the sun would show in and hit the photo sensors at the right angle an lock them up.
Weird how it rained there every day about noon.
Welcome Glad to see you are giving up analogs.
