Hello do I have to post here before I can post in other forums? Anyways I am new to these forums but have been lurking for a while. Awesome forums and I can't believe how active they are! I currently have a Halo g6 setup and I love it. I really came here to post in a few other areas but it won't let me pos in them yet, so sorry to take up space but what needs to be done? I am on my iPhone and tried to navigate into the new member info but it's not working? Thanks!

Heylo! I'm from Jersey too. I'm a recent convert from analogs to... digitals?
As was said, vaping is "illegal" wherever smoking is in NJ, which i find totally ridonkulous. You would think the powers that be would be encouraging or at least accommodating to people who are basically just blowing water vapor instead of toxins... What's next, a ban on tea kettles in public? Anyhow, I'm ranting.
On a positive note, I've noticed more people in my area vaping and I've never been harassed about it. Luckily I also work at an office where vaping is tolerated. I'm the only smoker (small office) and everyone else is very encouraging about me switching from analogs. In fact, a coworker was so impressed by mine that she is going to order some for her brother who is thinking about switching.

I am still learning the 'legal' ropes here, but it is my understanding that it is illegal (on the books) to vape / use ecigs wherever smoking is prohibited.

hello I'm new to the forum and also from Jersey

I have access to legal databases and new jersey does have some very stringent statutes on the books against vaping
It is pretty much treated exactly like smoking analogs with all the relevant statutes having been updated to specifically mention electronic cigarettes/vaping

If anyone is interested about Jersey specifically you can look up the following statute: N.J.S.A. 26:3D-56 and N.J.S.A. 26:3D-57
