What's up, Northeast PA here. I started with a VTR as my first PV a few months ago. Maybe two months ago was a big game changer, when I bought a kayfun light. I instantly lost the ability to vape from any other tank I owned. I used the extension for a few weeks , till I accepted that the VTR would never see anything other then the kayfun and cut the ring off.

I expected to regret it....I'm so glad I did it. I suggest you try a kayfun on that VTR.

Hey Brian .. I've been reading alot about the Kayfuns, seem they have a lot of fans. The rebuildable option seems a bit advanced for me at this stage, but I will most definately revisit this idea in the near future.

BTW, you cut the ring off the VTR !!??!! Damn .. I think I like mine too much as is LOL.

Thanks neighbor! Care to recommend a B&M store in our area? I honestly don't know much about any of them.

X-Hale Vapor Lounge: You can taste the juices they sell and they also offer all types of atomizers, mech mods, APVs, DNA boxes -- though their prices are higher than what can be had online. But you can also just hang out and vape. Map - Facebook

Also, Primal, in the Pine Mall just past Sonic and the Wyoming Valley Mall entrance -- they mostly sell egos, protanks, APVs, juice. They don't have juice tasting either.

Thanks, much appreciated. I just heard about one on the San Souci Parkway (don't know the name) and another about to open in downtown W-B (Atomic Vapors).

I thought it would be advanced for me too. I thought constant maintenance, thought you have to love to tinker.

I was so wrong. Since I got mine my wife is kayfunned 3x over and making very basic booring fairly high ohm coils that vape like nothing else can (cept a dripper).

In fact all 5 people that I introduced and converted to full time vaping are kayfunned after trying mine or my wife's. All 5 felt it would be too much hassle before they tried it and none of the 5 had trouble getting the kayfun to vape like a dream.

That ring...yeah it was tough. I obsessed over it for a few weeks. I had been so enamoured with it's beauty and it's ability to vape. It wasn't until I saved enough to replace the VTR if I had to that I finally got the dremmel out.

I'm still so happy with that VTR. When it breaks I'll buy it again and cut the ring again.
