Hmm, I've had an issue like that in the past from two separate causes.

First, do you have a wall charger adapter for it? If you do, see if it'll charge on that. Could be your usb port is loose (had that happen on one of mine from the battery dangling on it)

If not that, it could be the battery post is pressed down too far. The center piece of metal inside the atomizer where you screw on your ce5. You can try gently wiggling it upwards with a paperclip and see if that was it. May not be making contact with the charger but be very careful. I would try a wall charger first and see if it's just the USB. Just about any wall adapter with a usb plug on it will do, like Iphone chargers and such.

Also, just out of curiousity, is it locked? With the 5 click shut-off.

If you press the button 5 times quickly, it usually locks it. Some are 3 clicks. Repeat to turn it back on.

Try the wall charger and see if it'll charge.

If not, it's possible you could just have a short in the wiring. I'm doing some searching now and seeing other posts with the same problem. One mentioned the puff meter on the LCD was at 100 and started flashing the button a lot.

Most agree, to contact the supplier and see about getting a replacement. Could just be faulty.

If it's not turning to red, it may be your battery is already full. The blinking lights though are alerting that something is wrong. The comments on that video say it's caused by liquid seeping past your atty and getting into the terminal. But those batteries are typically sealed and shouldn't leak. Try cleaning out the inner threads with some tissue and see if it helps.

But like I said, you may need to contact the supplier and see about getting it replaced.
