Thanks! @zoiDman : I never thought it was possible to quit smoking, but after one day vaping I knew I could do it... 'Been cutting the nic in half every two months for a year now, and just jumped off 0.75% down to 0. Feelin' a little jittery but it'll pass. Just weird how little I vape now compared to 1 week ago...

I too thought that I might Not ever be able to Quit Smoking. Because I had Smoked for So Long, it had become a Significant Part of my Life.

I could Quit. Did it Many Times. I just Couldn't Stay Quit. And went back to Smoking EVERY Time.

Using an e-Cigarette Broke that Cycle.

0% however, was a bust. I added 40 drops of 12mg to my 100ml diy bottle yesterday. Yeah it's less than 0.2% overall, but saying I'm off nicotine is no longer true... For some reason it tastes better now, am I crazy?

I doubt you are crazy elundmark. Not sure what your ultimate goal is though. Is it to quit nicotine or to quit vaping? Dropping the nic as fast as you did was quite an accomplishment. I was pack a day smoker and in one year have lowered nic from 18-24 mg to 10-12 mg and that is vaping about 3 ml juice per day which has remained pretty constant. My understanding of the latest research suggests it is better health wise to lower ml consumption even if it means bumping up nic a bit to compensate. When I drop nic too low my tendency is to start chain vaping to find satisfaction which is the wrong thing to do.
