Not any 2.1 ohm coil. You need the Innokin GLADIUS Replacement Dual Coil. I bought this tank at a shop here where I live. They have the replacement coils for them. Honestly I'm pretty new to vaping myself and have only tried the 2.1 ohm coils so far. As far as what exactly the 2 differences of the 2 I think it's more preference. But here is something I found online to describe the differences.
The actual differences
Lower Ohm coils:
Creates more heat at the coil which in turn can create more vapor.
Provides warmer vapor
Will drain the battery faster
May cause dry hits (burning)
May cause premature battery failure
Uses more liquid
Standard or "higher" Ohm.coils:
Creates less heat at the coil which can create "less" vapor.
Provides cooler vapor
Will drain the battery slower
Uses less liquid
Just a word of warning though. Just because the MVP 20w can go to 20w you will not be able to do that at all with this tank unless you want a burnt taste. I find vaping between 9-11 watts is about where you wanna be to avoid a nasty taste.

It just gives me the voltage of the coil. The 2.1 ohm coil reads a voltage of 4.1. I only run is variable wattage mode. Ive never tried vaping in the vv mode.
