Hello Halo Thread

Hey guys,

I'm pretty new to vaping, and the forum as well. I'm usually a lurker, using forums to
learn and not talking much, but I really like this company and the people I have dealt
with. (only Nicole and Johanna so far)
I've seen many -not so old- comments about customer service issues at Halo, and
from my point of view they have listened to their customer base and made changes.

So far, for me, I will say great products and exemplary customer service.

PS: Does anyone else rub Torque56 back and forth across the gums
above their front teeth when they spill a drop?

This forum is almost as addicting as vaping (almost).

When I first started I'd be so careful not to get any juice on my fingers...now I lick em clean and THEN wash my hands

Complaints about customer service half the time on forums is nothing but an avenue for someone to vent. These guys have been great!

And no I've never rubbed my gums but will try it

The issues with customer service aren't that Halo is uncaring or disinterested. To me it seems that it's more that they have achieved more success than they planned on and are behind the curve in terms of proper staffing. i've always equated it to one of those "nice to have problems" where business is so good you weren't ready for the success.

that said, Cinder Ella is a customer service machine angel around these forums and Halo is gradually getting better at making sure they respond to issues quicker.

Welcome to the Halo family, schizm722! I agree with your sentiments about Halo's products and customer service. I placed my very first "real" vape purchase with them one evening, and afterwards discovered that I NEEDED some mini tanks. I sent an email to customer service that night asking them to add them to my order, and the next day got a response that they were including them with my main shipment. That experience, along with their amazing products, has made me a customer for life!
