I have read a lot about refilling volt cartomizers, but I still have some doubts I would like to share.
How much time, can you use a prefilled cartomizer "reflling" it.
How long do I have to wait using de dripping method in my prefilled cartomizer before vaping again. And How long do I have to wait using condom method. Do I have to let it sit, for an entire night?!

It has been a very long time since I last used cartomizers. I remember vaping until I started to notice a drop off in vapor. Drip enough juice into the carto as it will hold. No need to wait long before vaping again (5 minus or so should do it).

I only used the condom method once or twice, but from memory you didn't have to let it sit at all, just push it down and up the eliquid goes. I just removed the cap and dripped in some liquid (15 drops? I can't even remember) a drop at a time while rotating. As Susan says, I'd just wait till vapor production and taste changed -- you figure out real quick when to stop so you don't burn the polyfill.

Hello arizmendihuber, welcome to ECF. Make yourself right at home
How long one will last will depend on your e-liquid choice and how light or heavily you vape.
As long as your polyfil is nice and wet you don't need to wait.
And no, there is no need to wait all night, once you have your carto primed well you should be good to go
