Hi Addamora,
Typically, those e-ciga-likes made by BT can be difficult to manage and operate. They're at a fixed wattage (I think, for the most part) you can't do much as a beginner to change the vape, etc.
Do you have a vape shop near you? This might be a time to go at least *look at stuff* a lot of stores have demo equipment and they can show you how it works, suggest options, you don't have to buy from them but you can get an idea of the types of e-cigs out there and what might suit you. You can also get varied levels of nicotine, 1.8 nic might be too harsh for your throat yet. That's what I vape, but I use a small tank and it's gotten easier as my ex-smoker's throat improved. That said, some people do great with bigger clouds with less nicotine, direct lung inhale... There isn't really a right way to vape, people find different things work for them. I also might buy a few different "levels" of nic juice (you can get small, 10 ml bottles, to try tastes and nic levels) and if you find something you like, you could either purchase it, or order it online, but at least you'll have a sense of your e-cig's capacities and how to use it and whatnot....
Leticia is correct, you can't draw too hard like a cigarette at first, or you will cough and choke, but it could also be your nicotine level. Good luck, and hope you make some headway! I hated that smoke-and-hide game, way less fun than hide and go seek.
