Hello,

I am Nicki and I am quite new to ecigs. I have been analogue free for 3 weeks now and it is nothing short of a miracle!
I started off with a 510 and now moved on to a 510t, which I am finding very very good. (apart from the odd leakage)

My question is, what type of atomiser is this? It came with a 510 kit but it is different to the 510 atomiser I got with my first 510 ecig. The coil looks the same type of mesh as a 510 but sticks out a lot more, nearly to the rim and it will not fit on a 510 battery.

The picture shows my original 510 atomiser and next to it the unknown one.



I really do hope someone could help me out.

The one on the left appears to be a bridgeless 510 atomizer. it is possible the one on the right is for an 808 or a 901 threading.

The threading is what primarily determines what type of atomizer it is.
If it won't screw onto a 510 battery then it is not a 510 atomizer unless the threads are defective.
Do the threads look the same on both atomizers?
If so then can you see any defects in the threads?

Its not 801 or 901
They both have recessed threads

What could it be? Bit of a back story, I ordered a 510t kit with pcc and this is the atomiser I recieved in the kit. The company refuse to do anything about it but I have a feeling they sent a kit which is a few £ cheaper than what I paid.

As I have used the batteries and paid out for the proper 510 t atomiser I cannot make a claim through paypal for a refund.

Def not a company I shall be using again :-(

My joye LR 306 appears to have the exact same threading as the one on the one on the right, it could be a joye 510 since the 306 and 510 are the same threading. Just my thoughts.

Actually now that i look at it. It looks like an ego-t atomizer, does it look like the image below? The ego 510-t uses an atomizer similar to that.

It looks like my 301 atomizers, but they are not at all common in the US, IDK about the UK though.
About the same size as a 510 but with coarser threads.
They are also known for having a more elaborate metal mesh.
If it doesn't screw onto a 510 battery, it is not a 510\306 atomizer.
Whatever it is I would either throw it away or throw it into a drawer and forget about it.
Don't shop with that vendor any more.
Your new, stick with 510 batteries and atomizers for now, just to keep it simple.
You may branch out to other types when you have more experience.

Zonablazer, yes they look very much like the picture you posted. It will not fit on a 510 automatic battery though.

Tobarger, I will be sticking with the 510 for now. I do not intend on "upgrading" any time soon, I am finding the 510 to be really good for my needs

You may never feel the need to try anything other than 510.
It is by far the most common and popular type.
If you ever feel adventurous you can try the 306.
It has the same threading as the 510 but is not encased in a metal tube, it just needs a 306 drip tip.
Carry-On
