Hello,
My name is Matthew. I've been vaping on and off for the last seven years and smoking for twenty-five years. My latest set-up is an Innokin Sceptre and a smok Nord 2, both with subohm coils. I use Pink Spot Vapors' E-juice - right nowy flavors are USA Blend (tobacco), Bing Cherry, and Strawburst.

I really look forward to talking with others here.

    Welcome to Ecf .

30 year smoker here, vaping for 9. Right now I'm using a Pico, Swag 2, and Coolfire 4 mods; and Berserker Mini, K'fun Prime, (and newly acquired) Ares 2 LE tanks.

I make my juice; now enjoying USA Red, Banana Nut Bread and Waffles.

    Cheers :toast:

Like the swag 2! Think I could fit a 25mm zenith tank on it?

    Welcome, Matthew!!

Howdy from the great state of Texas. In my current rotation, I have a Smok Mag 225w with a Prince TFV12 tank, a Vaporesso Gen 220w with a Dead Rabbit RTA, and a Smoant Battlestar squonker with a Dead Rabbit rda. That doesn't count what's in my stash. I DIY my own juice in a multitude of flavors.

I thought a lot about getting into rda, rta, and the like. However, I can't help to think that I would end up turning myself into charred piece of meat.

I've been a Member of the ECF for a Long Time. And I have only Heard of that Happening maybe 2 Dozen Times.

    3 Dozen Tops.

    ...

    zoiDman, I'm still considering it.

    You really should.

RTA's and RDA's (as a General rule) give a Better Hit than a Drop in Coil. It also makes you Independent. Not having to worry if your Coils Heads will be In Stock? Or if they might Stop Making them.

That, and 15 Bucks worth of Coil Wire and Cotton will last a LONG Time. Like Years long.

The danger of explosion comes from the improper use of an unregulated mod. Regulated mods have all kinds of safety features. There are tons of YouTube videos on how to build a RTA or an RDA. Feel free to ask questions here on ECF. It's like vaping, once you get the hang of it, it's easy and a great way to save money over drop in coils, which might some day be unavailable.

German Shepherds sure do rock alright! They are one my three favorite breeds (German Shepherd, Doberman Pinscher, and Belgium Malanois). I'd trust my life to a German Shepherd over a firearm any day.

MGerwig, thank you. And, welcome to you as well.

I'm definitely going to build coils soon because I love the big clouds that rebuildables can make. The prebuilt subohm coils don't look like they make as thick of clouds as rebuildables, though, they are bigger than MTLs. Do I need an ohm meter no matter what kind of rebuild able I do?
