OK.. brace yourself.

The RN4081 (same as the other mall rats.. Smoking Everywhere sell) was/is an OK unit "back in the day". If you get it at the mall it is going to be outrageously priced... and you're only going to get a PV that is a mediocre performer.

The good news is that it is the model that a lot of people started with.... and that brought them here.. and after they came here they bought a better unit for a whole lot less. And then they quit smoking cigarettes.

So it ends well.. right? ;)

tara, I did the same thing and got a trio before I found this site. One thing that helps is to hold it with the led pointing down when u draw on it. And take a short puff and then a long slow one. I've started using mine for dripping til I get my 510. Good luck. Oh and if u ordered it in a free trial, get your credit card number changed cuz u r signed up for auto delivery of their over-priced nasty carts.

We don't have a mall where I live so I am glad I missed that experience. I did however buy from our local smoke shop a mini PV, and the pre-filled carts were good for about 10-15 puffs at best. Now I am waiting on my Joye 510 from Cignot, and having to smoke analogs in the meantime until it arrives.

The good news is I can bring my mini "on the go" with me when running errands after I get some juice to fill the lame carts. I'll also get some of the blue foam mod.

It's all such a learning curve, isn't it?

I got so much to learn I feel like im back in school :) anyways what is analogs, I dont even wanna guess , so i'll just ask. I think im having a hard time trying to decide, because they all look so cool. I really want something with some throat kick and High Vapor in it, plus i want some different colored ones, But all these different brands out there, im clueless

LOL, "analog" is the term for a real cigarette. You know, there are analog records and digital cds. So a tobacco cigarrette is an analog and an e-cigarrette is a digital one.

Something like that.

Maybe the better terminology would have been "electronic" instead of "digital" but I think you get the picture.

one more tip, if u decide to try to keep your trio going while u research your next purchase wordupecigs has the parts reasonably priced and in stock with free shipping and answer noobie questions without making u feel stupid. they call the trio a dse4081 instead of rn4081 but it's the same thing.

Thank you, I will check that out.

I and Google have never heard of a m4081 but what ever. The prices on that site are half to twice as high as elsewhere. If it is a RN the folks in the sub forum, Jim Davis and others will know the good places to buy.
