I got a question that I'm having a big problem finding the answer too. I bought the 10 port charger for the 510 batteries. I bought a 510t starter kit (which I found out is a knock off 510t after I received it). So I did order a real 510T and received it today, so the question is, can I charge the 510T battery in this 10 port charger without killing my 510T batteries.

You can charge any pen style 510 on any 510 charger as long as the charger isn't for

1) a disposable 510 battery
2) for a Blu ecig

I'd say your safe

Ok, my concerns were that the old 510 batteries are at 150mAh & the new 510T batteries are at 220mAh.
Also, the instructions in the 510T batteries, is to ONLY use the enclosed 510T USB charger & it specifically warns me not to use ANY other charger.
Plus, the new USB charger doesn't have the red/green charging lights, the end of my cig glows instead & goes out when done charging.
So...I am worried about using the 510 10-port charger.

If it is designed for slim 510, probably yes (assuming your 510-T's are not a reverse polarity clone like FS510 which would fry in a normal 510 charger)

If it is designed for Ego batteries then no - Ego chargers put out 420mA, much too much for slim batteries and will damage them and ruin their ability to hold a charge

And some vendors are stupid about this so find out the exact mA output of each port (for slim 510's it should be somewhere in the range of 150 to 250 mA) . I am assuming you are talking about something with 10 battery screw-in sockets. If that is not what you are talking about then please explain.
