If you want tobacco, I loved Torque 56 from Halo. I can't help with local vendors, though I know there are some. I only buy online. My favorite vendors at this point are Alice in Vapeland, Nicquid and Nhaler. But...I don't go for tobacco vapes much anymore. You'll find those at the second two vendors, but I haven't tried them.
