Been vaping 0 nic about 8 months now. I started vaping to curb my sweet tooth cravings so I don't snack in between meals. I've cut out all nonmeal food since then and have lost about 80 lbs! I've tried every diet imaginable and nothing has ever worked. Not even 20 lbs. I spoke to my doc before starting and she gave me the go ahead to try as I had decided to only use juice from US vendors with good reviews at 0 nic. I have some trouble finding juices I like because of a botched tonsillectomy that screwed up my taste... I end up getting a lot of sample packs because of it. Currently using a MVP with a Mini ProTank 3. Looking for a Kayfun and a nice mod though.

Thank you everyone!!! I'm looking at a 3.1 for the Kayfun. Not 100% sure. I hear the side fill is good but then I hear people say it leaks. So I'm all confused. >< Debating looking at the Russians too.

Check out the Kayfun lite + V2. There's a single and dual air hole model with a bottom fill. Some folks don't like bottom fill but I filled mine with 10ml and 30ml bottles as well as a glass dropper without a problem. Here's one of the one's I have. EHPRO is one of the very best clones out there.

Hi,

I am new to Vapors, can someone tell me how do you loose weight when you smoke e-cig? Sorry if I asked a stupid question, I am very new to all this :(

It's not easy to start. I had help with my taste issues since a lot of things I used to eat that were the issue are disgusting to me now. My boyfriend is trying it out as well but he is having trouble learning what is just craving and what is his body wanting food. He's used to eating whenever he wants which is the problem. I cut back to a breakfast shake, a small meal, and supper simply because I shrank my stomach and can no longer eat a lot. I vape in between strong dessert flavors and certain fruit flavors, usually raspberry. It let's me get the flavor while not getting calories. I know it's not perfect but I have fibromyalgia as well so exercise isn't easy at this time. Leaving the house most days isn't easy for that matter... It sucks. =\
Anyways, I know it won't work for everyone. You have to learn your body and then teach yourself at the same time. It's hard to explain. You have to be strong and be sure not to go for stuff that will ruin it. I let myself cheat only once in awhile. The other month I was more lax and I only lost 5 lbs. I usually lose about 10 lbs a month. I've been overweight my whole life though.
