Hi Everyone!

I'm new to PV. I'm not a heavy smoker before. A pack and half a day. I've been smoking for 15 years. Been thinking to quit smoking for the past few years, but did not have any courage to stop, as I know, if I stop, I dont know what to do to replace the analog. Been introduced first by the first generation E-Cig, tried the sample, didnt satisfy the quench.

Only weeks ago, while I'm smoking as usual in the smoking area in my office, saw a lot of peeps and also colleague smoking e-cig, but it was long, got tank, some have to drip. One of them give it to me to taste. Damn, the hit was good! And yes, its a PROVARI.

So I go back home, doing some research over the web. After 2 days, I ordered cheapass Ego V6 with ViVi Nova 3.5ml. And since then, I'm no longer long for an analog. Let alone sitting near a smoker. It makes me wonder, how the hell does my family and everyone surrounding me can stand up with me when I was smoking an analog for the past 15 years?!

Thanks to PV, now I am smoke free for the past 3 weeks. Hope the public skeptical views on e-cig can be changed so that I can vape while I'm doing work in front of the laptop!

First of all congratulations on switching over. I smoked for over 15 years as well, and at some times up to 2 packs a day. The best answer i can give you is that most of them just tolerated it. It was who you were and the accepted it. Im sure that they did not like the smell and probably got away from you as soon as they could (at least when i smoked thats what my friends and family did). As for you not being able to stand the smell of a smoker anymore it seems usual.

thanks man. by quitting smoking, my wife and my kids does look happier now when they know that I dont smoke analog anymore. Instead, my kids keep asking me to vape in front of them. They seems to enjoy the smell of the vape which is fruity and sweet.

Congratulations!!!!!! I used to think my mother was just a cranky old nag when she told me I smelled. I couldn't smell it. Now I'm horrified that I ever smelled that bad. I still have some smoking friends, and they stink, but I put up with it because I love them.

Haha, good one! The temptation is no more right? Vaping is much more tastier than analog. That's why probably we dont long for an analog anymore I guess.

Same with my mom too! Cant recall her expression back those school days when she came in into my room, and complained that the room smell so bad, and my body too. Now, after quitting, wish I can see her again and show to her that I'm no longer smoking, and I want to apologize for making her a 2nd smoker indirectly.

Hey, good for you! It feels pretty awesome, doesn't it? I'm just starting my third week. Smoked for 25 years, haven't even had an urge for 2 weeks. As for public perception, just keep spreading the good word. It'll catch on.

Yeah. Been spreading over to other peeps whenever I vape in an open restaurant or take in. A lots of smoker actually turn their head to take a peek on me while I'm vaping. I think they were curious because the vapor has a lot of smoke!

But man, you have been smoking for 25 years? Its quite frightening but in awe, because lots of smoker here can stop smoking, once they had gotten the right device and liquid. Congrats to you!
