Howdy and welcome 
There are numerous problems with the flavor ban. One is that it was largely in place already in gas stations for a while now. It was instituted by the FDA as a punishment because it was learned that kids were getting ecigs from gas stations but not B&M ecig shops. This merely extends the ban to ecig shops effectively punishing them for doing the right thing. Also the problems seen so far from the CDC appear to “mostly” (they haven’t released actual ecig specific data that I know of) affect only CBD and THC liquids and have little or nothing to do with nicotine e-cigarettes which is the only thing they are attacking.
The CDC also hasn’t actually officially released ANYTHING yet. Everything released is preliminary stuff. There seems to be this massive rush to judgement combined with a lot of misinformation going on.

brand new out of the box doesnt work. when I go to take a drag the green led blinks once and thats it. nothing else happens. unit is fully charged.
