have you used them? that is the best price so far awesome.
ty

I own (2) evic and yes, I use them constantly. One on my lap right now......so I can type on the laptop and the other sitting in front of me to swap around.
Personally never have any issues. Remember they ARE tech and should be treated as such.
I know there are more Rugged, but for features/function I am happy with this.

Depends how tech savvy you are it's as good a mod as any to start out with plus wattage means that when you find the temp you like you won't ever have to set it again (in theory) what do you need from a mod more importantly ?

Great points. I guess I still need to address those items a bit for myself before I can really know what I need based on what I need it to do. Thanks!

I like the techy stuff, too. It's perfect for me, because I'm not too great with electronics, but APVs are simple enough for me to master (I really need to educate myself about batteries, and I suggest you do, too, because THAT's what you need to know about before the other stuff and the safety risks are all battery related). I have seen the evic on fasttech.com for about $70 or less, and I saw it on dhgate.com for $50 but you have to order at least 2 because it's a wholeseller but 2 for $110 is better than one. There might be some concerns to the legitimacy of the product from websites like these, but all the items that I have ordered from fasttech were real unless they were labeled as clones or copies so there was no question in my mind. I bought a vamo v2, I think, and it only cost $42 on fasttech. It works fine, and I don't think there's any question as to it's legitimacy. I bought a mechanical mod from them among many atomizers, and i have been happy for the most part (one of their rebuilable dripper atomizers didn't include the tiny hex screws to hold the wires to the posts but it had the hex key) although when you are buying generic clones you can expect sub standard quality. I would be confident in their evic, though, judging by the photos and the price it's probably legit, I was about to order the itaste MVP from them with my next purchase. I've been ordering on fasttech.com and dx.com and you get what you see. I haven't had any complaints with them. Actually, people who make e-cigarettes their business hate it when I mention sites like fasttech, probably because that's where ther getting the stuff they're selling from. I'm really experimenting and trying out all these different styles of atomizers and now getting into stainless steel rebuildalbes (genesis, AGI, z atty, cobra), and part of this process of finding what I think works and does not means spending money and finding out that what you bought is not your preference so there's lost cash and disappointment there, but then you'll learn what you like and do not like and make more educated purchases the next time. It's a process.
