Hello e-cig forum members.

I'm glad to be here! I just got into vaping. For the last few months, I've oggled in jealousy over a friend who had quit cigarettes and replaced them with a fancy electronic cigarette. I had seen and tried the types of e-cigs they sell at gas stations; the ones they say are the equivalent of 2 packs of smokes but I still finish in 1 day. I had already decided I wanted to stop smoking, easier said than done; so I bit the bullet and bought my own Joye Ego electronic cigarette. I did plenty of research online (how I found this forum, and where I gathered many of the answers to my questions) and ordered a handful of different flavors, strengths, pg/vg ratios of e-liquids to try and see what it is I would like. I have gone 2 days now without a cigarette since I started vaping, and honestly it hasn't been a struggle! I really enjoy the different flavors and being able to puff whenever I'd like, as much as i'd like; and not having to worry about smoking out a room. I'm brand new to this and really jazzed to be vaping.

So, before I even chat with any of you on the forums; I want to say Thanks for having this wealth of information available on the web. It really took a lot of the fear and confusion out of ordering my e-cig and getting started (which can truly be a daunting task for the ignorant, first time buyer; as there are just so many more things to consider than one first believes)!

Thanks for having me and I look forward to contributing with what information and opinions I learn and earn, now that I'm a vapor too! :vapor:

Congratulations on 2 days stinky free Orang, and welcome to the forum. My story is similar, researched on ECF, bought a kit, quit smoking :vapor:

Keep reading, keep learning and keep enjoying the forum, it's a great resource for trouble-shooting issues, making new friends and finding new vaping gear. Hide the credit card though... seriously.

So glad you are here and sounds like off to a really good start. This is truly a wonderful forum and the people you will find are all so helpful and supportive. The hard part I think was the decision to quit so now it's just all about enjoying a new lifestyle. Good luck to you and I hope to keep reading about your progress. Learn all you can..... so you can help me.
