I signed up here to resolve problem with popular online e-cig store. I've send them three e-mails and didn't get any response. There're some technical issues on their website. I used different browsers and got the same result...

If you have no luck getting a fair resolution, you can post your problem in the New Member forum. You might want to keep a record of your efforts. Could solve the problem.
