finally figured it out for anybody who's interested on the dotsquonk if you want to take apart the 5-10 connector, once you've taken out all your screws and I do mean all the screws you need to unscrew the 5-10 gold-plated connector from the PEET 510 housing. Once you have done this it should pretty much just fall apart he's a couple of pics
