Hi Tybo. I've had really good experiences with V4L. All of my batteries still work- even my very first ones from last October. (That didn't stop me from ordering more though). Welcome to ECF.
Hello to all as well...didn't want to start a thread all about little ol' me, so I figured I'd jump on this one...hope you don't mind!
I have not had an analog for more than 24 hours and I'm thrilled! This forum is awesome and I'm digging everyone's friendly vibe. I've already got two of my friends from FB checking it out!
Placed my first order with LiteCigUSA and so far so good. I'm using a 901 atty and a KR808 XL battery. In retrospect it looks like I'm puffing on a metal crack pipe, but that's okay!
Now I'm waiting on an order from Good Prophets and then I am forcing myself into credit card exile for 24 hours.
Thank you all for the great info and look forward to working with the multitude of vendors I no doubt will be harassing in the next two-three weeks.

Hi and Welcome Tybo!!! You're on your way to quitting - just remember, don't beat yourself up if you don't quit right away. Sometimes it takes some time. There are plenty of people here cheering you on and willing to help.

Can so relate to the crack pipe
I have a GLV1 and a nice matte black Saber Touch. My hubby gets all paranoid when I take my toys out in public. "Jesus de Cristo - put that thing away. You'll get us arrested!"However, my son is just the opposite. "Blow smoke rings Mom!"
Oh, and BTW - putting the CC away doesn't help. Especially when the suppliers put up great discounts and sales. No use fighting it!!
I to am new to the ecig community, but have over the last month experienced the cost and associated enjoyment associated with ecigs. I started with a Revolver Elite, which is a good smoke with short battery life, then moved to the Modern Vapor 902 which has longer battery life, but lighter vapor, then I really got the bang with the VPYR and a DSE801 atty. This is probably the closest thing to analogs that I can imagine. I am 6 weeks without a Vantage and I love it.
Welcome to you, too! Great forum, here, full of great people who like to help other people out. We are all experts on our own opinions, and we're not shy about sharing them.
Read the "stickies" in the New Members Forum! I know there's a lot of them, and some are very long, but reading them will save you a lot of time and aggravation.
Make sure you read the forum rules, they are there to keep things running smoothly. It basically boils down to "don't be a jerk", but there are some finer details that you may like to know about before you make that unfortunate post at 3 a.m. (☜ experience talking, there).
Have fun, ask questions, and read, read, read! Look up at the top-right corner, see that search tab/link? It works pretty well most of the time. There's so much info around here that it's like drinking from a fire-hose at first, but you'll get the hang of it in no time.

Welcome Amy and Tybo. Once you get the hang of vaping, you'll wonder how you smoked for all those years. I smoked for 34 years, and it's been 8 mos offf analogs for me. I'm still learning about nic strengths and learning to adjust my dose. I don't smoke 18 mgs too close to bedtime anymore, for example. There are lots of wonderful people on ECF who are happy to help. Read as much as you can, and don't be afraid to ask any question you may have. See you around the forums.

I'm on Day 3 without an analog. Just for kicks I tried to smoke one to see if I could tell a difference and BOY! I took two puffs and put it out. It just tasted burnt, and I noticed when others in my house have smoked an analog, it smelled awful to me.
Seems like a good start to me! As long as I have new electronics to play with that I can stick in my mouth I'm happy!
