I just got my 901 last week. I'm still having trouble getting a good throat hit. Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. I'm still using regular cigs and I'm kinda ...... with myself about it, but the cartridge/flavor I purchased is kind of sweet and i'm not into flavored smoking. I'm going to try a new flavor and hopefully it taste more like a cigeratte.
As for the charging. You're batteries should charge within a few hours. I started vaping the moment I opened the package. Covering the hole on the atomizer does help with getting a better pull, but I have no idea why. ;-)
Also, someone on the forum (I think it was wv2win), said that you need time to get rid of the liquid that the atomizer has been dipped in before shipping. That may help with the taste as well. Good luck...you're not alone.
