Hi,

I'm brand new too. I've been vaping for almost two months, and I'm down to one or two cigs per day as well, after two or three packs a day. Just trying to find that perfect niche. That morning cig is the hardest to give up for me too, so don't give her a hard time. Like everyone on here says, it's the cigarettes that you avoid that count, not the few that you do have. I believe that, as I can now take a deep breath, even and especially in the morning, and I don't start coughing, and it doesn't hurt. How awesome is that? Welcome, all us newbies, and thank you so much to the veterans who are getting us off analogs! You have no idea who's lurking, and reading your words, but it's definitely bringing us in!

Welcome, and congrats!

If someone is having difficulty with a certain time, situation (ex. that first "morning cig"), I usually recommend getting some higher nic juice for a little "boost"... so if she vapes at 16mg, you might pick up some 24. A drop or two right on the bridge of the atty will usually get someone over that hump.

Keep it up. I'm closing in on one year without lighting anything on fire, and that's after 1.5 PAD of Camels and American Spirits for almost 26 years. If I can do it (and do it this long), anybody can have hope, right?
