I'm a pretty heavy smoker and smoke maybe 15-20 cigarettes a day and recently ordered an njoy Npro starter kit to cut down on the analogue cigarette smoking, maybe stop all together. I'm still waiting for my product to arrive but I'm glad to be here so I can get some tips. (I know the njoy isn't the most suitable model but where I'm from electronic cigarettes cost a LOT and I was happy to live with the downfalls of the model if I'm saving $70 :p

Hello and welcome! I quit analogs the first day I had my NPRO. I did upgrade within a week to an eGo, but if your options are limited, I think you can drop the analogs with the NPRO alone.

One thing I will warn you about the NPRO is that the "cartridges" (they are really cartomizers) that they sell are expensive and inconsistent. In a package of 5, you'll probably find that 2 are good, 2 are weak, and 1 won't work at all. Also, do not believe their claim that one cartridge is equal to 2 packs of analogs. This is nonsense. 1 of their good carts is worth maybe 10-12 analogs. The weak ones only last the equivalent of 5 or 6 analogs.

I think their starter kit comes with 5 carts, and you'll need more than that. Also, you'll want to learn how to refill those cartridges so you aren't paying NJOYs high prices every time they run out. Hopefully you can get ejuice at a reasonable price in South Africa. Really, the only way to refill NJOY carts is by the "condom" method shown here: NJoy NPro duo Cartridge Refill Mod - YouTube

I've watched reviews on the model already and know how to refill it. The starter pack I ordered comes with ten cartridges, i bought twenty vanilla flavoured high nictotine cartridges as well as a leather pouch for it and a spare starter kit - I find the cartridge packs to be quite cheap, they cost about R19.99 which is less than a full box of analogues. The South African website says the Npro model cartridges last for 0.2-0.5 analog packs dependant on how often you smoke, which is absolutely fine with me. :) I'll watch that video anyway, thanks for the tips and the reply!

Might I just mention I purchased the regular Npro, not the Npro duo - that costed way too much. :p

Thanks Stosh, I saw that haha. And I know it keeps spammers out, I run an entire network of forums and have written ebook after ebook on keeping spammers out and gaining unique traffic :p EDIT: I have 6 posts and it will not let me post in the South African forum. Guess I'll just poke around more in the other categories before I join my South African friends, haha.

Thanks ragebhardt, I hope I too can be on that path soon. :)

I've posted this before and am new here so please bare with me.

LAfter reading multiple threads, watching various you-tube.
reviews as of now this is MHO..

Volt - Smokelessimage.com. Best beginners ecig
Elite 808- Cigeasy.com. . Next step up that gives you longer batt life and stronger vape.
Go-go - Gogousa.com. Great mod. Batt life, cart life and capacity, and vape experience, cost and simplicity.
Provari - Provape.com. Variable voltage, more expensive, rock solid quality and service.
Go for it! You will succeed! I've been vaping on a v2 ecig for over a month and have no desire for analogs.
I have a lot of irons in the fire (moving business), but as soon as that is accomplished, that will become my vaping expedition.
As I aquire and try each out I will let you know how it goes.
