I'm new to this forum, but have been reading for the last few days. This is my first post and the only area I can start a thread currently to say hello. I have been digital for 4 days now, my wife just got home from the hospital with COPD and no more analog in this house again. I will say the Doctors said without hesitation to go digital, so I know we are on the right track with out habit. My sister has been digital for 6 months and sent me a start up with the 901, I ordered some 901's and some 801's to see what I like. Any insight you can give me on the newer models and equipment would be helpful.

I am amazed at this forum, I have learned so much in the first 4 days it's just shocking. The clever people here are going to save me a lot of money and shorten my learning curve going digital. I thank you all for the information I have already found on this board and look forward to knowing you and learning more. You can expect Elapid to get active here.

The first thing to get active on is to update your profile with your location, so we know where you are. If you need help in a hurry, you may have someone close by.

You got a couple of pretty good PV's there. Use them, and get to know them. Things will get easier as time goes by.

Welcome. The 2 units you have are good equipment. Before making any further recommendations, you should tell us what your smoking habits were (or are) in terms of brand and # packs per day............

More info about me. I have been smoking for around 40 years, started with Camel Filters for about 30 of those years. Started smoking Marlborough Mediums a while back to cut down on the "smokers hack" now I'm vaping away on digital. I live in the northeast corner of Mississippi in Corinth MS. and think this board is GREAT. I am way ahead on learning digital because of the wonderful people here. All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you for your help. I only started posting today, but have been reading for about a week.
