Phil, be scared its a cult your wallet is in danger.Your health will improve but still be worried.Some will try to help you endlessly , and it will feel right, thats when its time to really worry.Kidding of course, congrats on your journey , its a great one.For a light brighter moment, my fingermails no longer have black rings on them and my ox sensor reads 99% now instead of 97.5 .
