New here, have no clue where to start a thread..recently started vaping with ego standard batteries. After crackling and popping using my pro tank ii I am ready to pick up my analogs. Local vape store has generic answers. Lots of info here but I'm lost when it comes to which pv/mod to get..provari is out of budget. Looked at mvp 3.0 or even the 2.0....I do think I want a vv/vw but don't fancy carrying a flashlight around with me...saw the mvp vtr today and wow! But its like a freakin brick. Any help PLEASE.. didn't mean to hijack or go about this the wrong way

Welcome to ECF, and the wonderful world of vaping !! :) :vapor:

Ego batteries are a good place to start, I still have one that's 3 years old and works fine. If I'm reading your post correctly, the battery works, the top broke. The atty, carto, clearo or tank to put on top of it can be almost as frustrating as finding your all day juice. Realize that they are considered consumables, like a disposable cig lighter, works for a while and throw away...:)

If you liked the protank ll, pick up a replacement, if it wasn't your sweet spot try one or two others. Keeping with the bottom coil style, an Evod amy be to your liking. I personaly like top coil carto / clearos, and use vivi-nova, and have read the Kanger T2 are also an option for top coil.
