thank you. my friend. it is the first time i come to an e-cigarette forum, hope we can communicate with each other
i see many people are smoking with ecigarettes. but i don't know if it is helpful for my family life. i want my husband has an good body for future life.
I don't use ecigs. but my husband use the cigarette. somebody tell me that e cigarettes is good replace one. is that right ?should we use that?

In short, it isn't healthy, but safer than smoking by many, many, many orders of magnitude. To properly convey that, most of the things present in a cigarette aren't in ecig vapor (carbon monoxide among one), and of the ones that are you're usually talking 5-10% of what's in a cigarette.
