As you all know, I have to post 5 times in order to take part in any discussion.

I've enjoyed shisha, or as many know it as hooka or water pipe for many years. But after having kids, I can't smoke it indoors and so I'm left with enjoying it only during summers.

I started looking at vaporizers to be able to enjoy my pipe tobacco. When I walked onto a local shop that sells glass for weed and asked if there is something I could use for tobacco, the person's reply was that I was the only customer that walked in asking to smoke something legal. He showed me the pax.

Asking $250 cash for it. I decided to look into it. But I didn't really want to spend that much on a smoking device. So walking into another shop that sells e-cigs or vaporizers, I ended up trying it. I love it. It's a hooka that's in your pocket. So I got the vission spinner 2 because they didn't have anything more battery powerful than that, other than the boxes which I didn't know about much. I also ended up with the kangertech EMOW. Love it.

But now I'm looking at the boxes and considering bigger tanks. Simply for battery life longer and bigger tanks with flavor in mind. I still have a hard time finding a good cigar flavor as I like cigars in general.

Welcome to the forums Babilonian! First, due to the rules and talk of drugs is not permitted even in the context you used it, so in the future be careful and simply say "other stuff" or something if you must talk about it, as the mods will come through and censor your post :)

As for box mods, do you have anything in mind that you would prefer, size, shape ect? If we know more about what you like we could suggest something better to you

to ecf Babilonian. Nice to meet you and so glad that you are here. Wanting more battery life quickly lead me from the ego style to a mvp2 which is a box mod with a very good battery life and very easy to use. They have news out now that look very nice. Here is a good thread that has lots of the information you may need as being new here.

Thank you everyone for the worm welcome.

Thanks for the heads up on the "other stuff" lol....

I'm considering the iLeaf 50w which is new in the market. But will probably enjoy what I have for now until more users give their feed back. I noticed in the thread that is regarding this product, they are just getting them and there is a bit of a mix feeling over it. Few got them with some issues. Will hold and see. I probably wouldn't need 50w, but if I'm going to spend more $$ then I'd rather get whats got a good user reviews over all.

I tried a few tobacco flavors when I started but now stock mainly to fruit flavors and a few bakery flavors.

HD

Fruit is very easy and cheaper for manufacturers to make as they just add the flavor. But when it comes to tobacco products, they have to use genuine Tabasco leafs to prepare it and that costs them more. I think this is the reason why there aren't many good tobacco flavors out there unless you're willing to spend the extra and try.

The I-Stick 50 watt is a great device especially for the money. My buddy owns a B&M and sells more I-Stick 30 and 50 watt devices than any other boxes right now. I have used both and they are a great performing entry-level box mod and are much easier to carry compared to their big brother boxes like the Sigelei 100 watt. The 50 is awesome for long work days due to the 4400 milli-amp hour battery. It performs as it should and is a great value considering what a DNA 40 watt device costs. I say if it has caught your eye then you're on the right track my friend. Get a Kanger Sub-tank mini to go with it and you have a great combination.

I stuck with an ego battery for five or six months before I moved on to a mechanical mod. Stuck with mech mods for about a year before I got my first 30W device. I mean, there's the Kanger Subtank and Aspire Nautilus on the market right now and you can't go wrong with either for tanks and for box mods I know two people with iStick 50Ws and they just won't shut up about them: "the battery life this" and "the portability that." I'd check out Mt Baker or Vape Wild for some cheap juice and try out different styles of tobacco flavors, find what tastes about right then move on to more expensive, "premium" companies for a better quality. At least, that's what I did. Either way, good luck.

Thanks for the feed back.
Tanks was the other part too. I saw the youtube review using the joytech delta 2. But I can't make out of the main differences between kanger sub-tank and the delta 2 for what I'm using and might use in the future.
