I have only been vaping for 3 days now and before that I was smoking about 2 packs a day. And i honestly hit a cigg a few hours for the first time since I started vaping and only lasted maybe 3 hits and I went back to the vap and im not chain vaping well I dont think I am not sure how often ppl hit it and I havent went through my first 15ml bottle yet . But the guy who talked me in to getting the ijust 2 uses 24g but so far the ez duz it 18g is working pretty good for me I believe.

As for me, I was at 10-20 marlboro red/day with consistent craving as I was struggling to stop or at leat slow down. I started at 24mg, which was strong but very effective at keeping me away from cigs. I was just taking few hits each time I was craving for a cig, especially in the morning. I was off cig from 2 to 1 to 1/2 to 0 cig in 4 days and switch to 18 after 2 weeks. I never had a cig since then... no struggle. I noticed the improvement of breathing as well as symptoms of cigarette cessation very quickly, they last though but no struggle. Back to running and swimming, I progressively moved up in gears, making my juices to my taste at 14-15mg then 12mg and now I am at 10mg. I find vaping more enjoyable than when I started with the basic ego batteries and commercial juices. Better flavor taste and more consistent vaping with a temperature controlled mod, also starting RDA buildup...
