Hello Dannekoon. Welcome to the ECF ! :thumbs: Lots of good people willing to offer advice and help as best they can.
I would say start with something very basic - perhaps an iStick or something of that nature. No sense in spending over $100 on something that might be sitting on a shelf gathering dust six months from now. Find what flavors you like in an e-liquid. If there are vape shops nearby, see of they offer samples (many do). That way you could explore many different flavors without spending a lot of money on flavors you don't like.
