Ok the problem is the same as everyone else. I charge 6 mini batts every day and its getting pretty old. I see all of the great mod boxes on here and have been trying to think one through. But seeing all the self juicers is getting in the way of getting started. So far I dumped all my 808 carts and am running on my MV 901 set and will have the 510 throwaway soon to try that with an adapter. The 901 suits me fine except for the filling of it.

Params:

1. Big batt. 900mah the smallest.

2. Self or manual juicer cart system.

3. Optional: charge plug on the box.

4. Non essential but nice, an led on the cart end. Charge led at the bottom if it goes there.

I can live without 2 and 3 but 1 is non negotiable. Prefer the minimum as 1 and 2.

I also want to make one order for all my parts, and I think you know what the selection may be for these, at any one time.....

Box and Batt
I was looking at the standard box mods and then saw this:Project Box 4.5" x 1.4" x 1.0"

Its got the puffs I want in it with the 18650. Looks like enough room for a juice mod too. Comes with extra end plates so one can be cut to make a lower battery box and melted or glued in. More thought needed there.

For the juice system
I was thinking a blunt syringe needle soldered into the battery connection the went up to the atty could supply a tiny drop onto the atty at a time. But that just doesn't make sense as much as the tube into the cart for a newb mod. More so without seeing the needle and bottle up close and how it functions.

Problem: I like about 4 kinds of juice during the day.

Is a juice system even possible? or should it be a backpack to the mod and the whole system changeable?

Connectors

I was thinking of using the 510 batt connector and a 901 adapter to go with those two. I will need to try my 510 first I suppose to see what I like. and then decide unless someone who has been down the road knows better. I'm all done with cartomisers but willing to try 401 or any other atty options/adapters.

Skills
I'm capable for the drilling, soldering and skills end.

Said I was a newb fishing for ideas/help, right? Open to all ideas.

Edited reread your post..
you did read the how to it looks like.
for more advanced such as charging & juice feed you will need to experiment & check the mod section to see others mods.

I built the standard 14500 mod box easily.
besides cracking the case using a drill..
Preparing a order for next week with Mad Vapes
Some of these boxes i get elsewhere are a tad shorter. And don't like protection circuits.
But the charging module I would love to add Available? hehe.

Thought i edited this already forgot to hit save.. Sorry for updating it so late. Got sidetracked with dr's call

An ambitious first project! Love it..

I did a little poking to see what would fit..

4.5" x 1.4" x 1.0" Box:
18650, 3 ml bottle, charger = no
185000, 3 ml bottle = close. With charger, maybe..
18350, 3 ml bottle= Yes.. with charger, definitely maybe :)

3XAA Box:
2 14500's (1800mah), 3 ml bottle=YES
with charger, not unless a battery is removed.

more later.. hoog..

Just a quickie, my-two-cents response here:

My brother and I thought of that a while back when I made my nico-drip mod and the problem would be that the needle would short out the atty. The center post on the atomizer is "+" "pos" and the outer parts are "-" "neg". It also would take away from the air suction you get while vaping.

We experimented briefly with a very tiny needle I had at the time and had an atomizer pulled apart. The next time I tear one apart I will take pics. Anyhow... it was a brief, visual-only experiment on our part at the time.

We've only used the 901 and 510 PVs here and both of us prefer the 510. It gives a much better "hit" like a real cig.

That all makes sense so far. On the chargers, do they have to have circuits inside or can there just be a plug connection and wires with the circuits outside in the charger?

I second guessed the needle thing for arcing voltage too. Right after I posted. Then I thought an extra long needle coming out of the box at an angle, and drilled at an angle to go into the cart end of the atty and right into the stuffing.....

Right now for juice I move everything down into the short squatter 5ml bottles. about an inch across, thick plastic and clear. If the white caps get drilled the lid will work as a compression style fitting on thin hose. I would only need a solid spot for it. and just use gravity and the tiny flex you could put on it? hard to say without collecting all the parts in one spot.

Dreams, how does your little vape box with juice work? is it like an all day unit and you fill and add a batt once or how is that part working out?
