Help - About ready to order

Ok, so I have been vaping for about 2 weeks and loving it, I am now ready to try an HV mod and am ready to pull the trigger on an xhaler but am a little confused on what exactly i need, I currently am using the VK from V4L and I think would like to stay with cartomizers for now, Do I need an adapter or just the tip that comes with the xhaler? Also is there an advantage to use atomizers over carts with the xhaler? I love my VK's, but the refills seem better when using the PT so I think I need more power, and sometimes I just don't feel like I get the TH from them so thats why I'm looking to get an xhaler . I am now using 24 mg carts with the VK if that matters. The xhaler is my choice due to the variable voltage options and I like how Drew seems to respond to his customers here on the forum whether their comments are positive or negative, seems like a guy I would like to give my business to. Thanks for any help, all of the adapters is whats really confusing me.

Hey cfrazer...welcome. You will need the KR808/GreenCig cartomizer adapter for the xhaler in order to get the proper airflow. The other adapter for the 510 atomizer is what I use the most. The 510 produces pretty amazing vapor at HV. I also use cartomizers, but mostly just when I'm out and about. I also use the 901 and 801 atomizers from time to time. You can always try the different atomizers/adapters as you go or order them all at the same time like I did. I like being able to vape just about anything from my xhaler.
Also, make sure to order extra batteries so you can swap and go! Also a lot of the 3 volt batteries don't seem to last too long, so it's good to have extras around.
I think the xhaler would be a good choice and Drew is definitely the Best Overall Supplier and a good honest guy to deal with. Best of luck and don't hesitate to ask any questions, we're all here to help

Sounds good, except I'm not sure why you have a 2nd KR808 adapter listed. The carto adapter Drew sells will connect KR808 AND GreenCig cartos to the 901 brass tip that comes with the xhaler.

I think you'll love the Xhaler. Quick heads up though, I loved cartomizers on my Xhaler but at 5-6 volts they get VERY HOT. Like, burn your lips hot. I just couldn't take it anymore. Even with quick hits, if they're even slightly close together, will get extremely hot. Also, you'll tend to get a more harsh taste with those compared to regular carts/dripping.

Just food for thought, you'll be very happy with your Xhaler. HV vaping is the only way to go!

d4rk3, thanks for the heads up, honestly right now cartomizers is all i'm familiar with, but am reading up on the 510's and dripping the atomizer. I also read something about blue foam for the 510 so i need to check that out.

cfrazer, I think you made a smart decision going with drew and the xhaler. I have had mine since the initial release and it has been a great pv for me. I have not had much luck with the 808 cartos but am wanting to try the greencig ones. I think you would have a hard time finding a better supplier to deal with. Congratulations on your purchase.

hittman, I know you're right. I got some greencig carts coming with my order so when i try everything out i'll let you know what i think, from what i'm reading so far though most people seem to really like the 510's with the xhaler, I gues it's because of the ease of refilling/dripping. I don't find refilling cartomizers that tough outside of the fact you need something to remove the cap with so if the xhaler really sucks up the juice i guess that could be a pain.

Maybe somebody could explain something for me though, i've been reading where it seems people are using the 510 without any filler at all and just dripping on the atomizer, is that right? and if so how long does that last? a couple drags? I know these are probably stupid questions and sorry for that as i don't own a 510 yet, its hard for me to picture.

Now to get back on topic what i didn't know was how people are raving about drew's juices, I currently really like parliament from v4l and tasty vapors tobacco flavor, anyone know which of drews would compare to these.

Welcome Frazer and Hawg...The 510s without filler is called Dripping and it lasts anywhere from 2 to 5 puffs depending on how much you drip and how long the puffs...BTW, Our freind UpinVapor called me the other day about your order when I was on my home and I told him I would fix your order...I wasnt able to catch it before it was shipped, so I put the 510 adapter in the mail seperatly...So you may get the original order before you get the adapter but you will have it a day or so after..Thansk for your business and I hope you love the Xhaler...

I use a cart with the 510. When the flavor gets weak, I put two drops on the atty and one or two in the cart. I can get probably 10-15 draws from that. There are some good cart mods out there but honestly, I am too lazy to mess with them. I just buy fluval and replace the filler in my carts. I have a ton of them so I only have to refill them every month or so.

I got my Xhaler Today !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! while charging the batteries, I looked over the unit and I am impressed well built easy to hold, looks like it's built to last. the plastic end cap appears to be the only vulnerable part on it, which is actually a good thing as I've read in another post one was dropped while the cap was loose and because the end cap was plastic it didn't damage the threads of the xhaler itself. good thinking Drew!!

So finally the Batts were charged and I fired it up, I am using cartomizers by the way, all i can say is WOW. Nicotine Nirvana. I could not be happier, I couldn't put this down as I was trying some of my current juices with it and I also ordered HV Marlboro and Camule from Drew, I was interested in finding out if the HV Juice would be enough for me as it's only 12 mg, every other juice I got is 24 mg. and to be honest right now I have no idea what I like as I am very light headed....I think I need to set this down for awhile. Ha,Ha

Anyway as soon as I figure out if the HV juice will be strong enough I will be placing another order to try other flavors, I want to find a good tobacco flavor for an all day vape. I have 510 stuff on the way to try with my xhaler as well, but right now I am not disappointed with the cartomizers on this.

So Drew thank you very much you have made a true believer out of me, as this is exactly what I was looking for.
