the switch is stuck on I had a 801 bat do this . each time you bow or bump it wil open the circuit then come on till cut off turns it off. The switch inside is very delicate mechanical device. They don't go off from loud noises open wind in car etc like the microphone type but are sensitive to dropping and
juice getting into the batt. try stabdig it on end led up for a day on a papertowel etc . I lost two batts the started standing the bats upside down like this to let the juice come out and my batts are lasting longer. I have also rolled the paper into a smal spiral the size of a toothpick ,gently inserted it into the hole in the theaded part to dry it a little but must be gentle because of the switch. If it is stuck bad or contacts bent etc very difficult to fix much easier to replace and better maintain the new one. this is why a lot of people like sealed manual batts (man901,most 510s, man 801s, screwdriver and other mods, etc, etc). my wife's first 901 batt died like this in one week. Her second batt has lasted two and still going. These things are semi consumable, she has lost three Greensmoke batts in two or three months but it has a 1 year warranty and is sold locally so she drives to the mall and exchanges it.
