Keep In mind I'm still new
So I rebuilt today 7 wrap 1/16 drill bit 26 guage kanthal so I think I did everything correct
But the taste is horrible like repulsive
Yes I have burn the kanthal so machine oil or anything else
The only thing I come up with is that my cotton is bad
Like as in not organic
I even tried a flavorless juice and it tastes bad!

So what do you guys think I'm kinda lost

Also here is some pictures

are you soaking the cotton with your eliquid before you fire the coil? Sounds like you're dry burning. Might have been using too much cotton. A pic of your wicks would help too. Maybe try a coil with silica to see if you can get the flavor right.
Also, i would lift the coil off the deck a little, closer to the posts, away from the sides a tad more, and make sure your air hole is directly in front of the coil. Just some thoughts.

I have not had much luck running a kayfun at that low resistance. Always dry hits and wicking problems. About as low as I can go is .8 or so and even then its tough to not get a burnt hit.

The atomization chamber is small and the wicking is limited unless you are game to hog out the juice channels.

Kayfuns are not real great with super low sub ohm builds in my experience.

Have you changed your juice out at all also? Because once you start to use a RDA flavors change some for the better and some for the worse. If your build is too low and its burning the cotton the juice vaporization rate is going to be drastic compared to what you're used too. Try pulsing it and taking shorter hits if that's the case. Also from what I saw in your build it looks like you have a few areas that might hotspot. If you keep your kanthal as straight as possible it will prevent that from happening, hotspots will vaporize juice extremely fast exposing cotton and giving you a burning taste. Hope this helps

(1)that's not a KF
(2)I build my KFs @ 0.6-0.7 all Fn day and have for a while, and I've never got a dry hit... or even a bad hit, until the tank was bone dry.

It sounds like you aren't saturating your cotton with eliquid before firing it. With any new build always drop juice directly onto your cotton and make sure it's soaked good before firing.

Another thing... Kanthal can sometimes have a weird taste until it gets broke in good. Cotton can also have a weird taste until its broke in too.

You could also be getting a hot spot too. When you have your cotton in place and soaked with juice do you fire it to see if you have a hot spot before closing it up? With a hot spot you'd see red coil. With no hot spot you'd get see vapor spitting off your coil.
