Help...best RBA for first timer

Hi folks....I'm ready to purchase my first rba. What would you suggest for a first timer to start with? I'm looking at something affordable to start with until I get skilled with this new thing.
I've been checking out all of the clones and the AGA's....there are too many to pick from.
I do know that I want one with a tank.

Any advice would be appreciated.

For what battery mod? we have to choose something that fits aesthetically. An Aga t on an ego is rather lopsided.

Also, do you have type preference (bottom feeding, dripping, tank) and wick preference (silica/cotton or stainless)?

If you don't mind dripping, phoenix and Igo are both very cheap, and very easy to set up. Good point to start playing with RBAs

Right now I have ego batteries but I have the anyvape CVI VV coming and would like to use it on the CVI. I am also looking for a tank RBA, not a dripping RBA. I have no wick preference yet......I would love some opinions on what works best.

The AGA T Plus seems to be the new weapon of choice -if you can find one. Cheap, all stainless except the centre tube and by all accounts vapes as well as a 100 dollar plus equivalent.

My first foray into RBA's was with SmokTech's R Tank, and it was easy to use. It comes with one pre-installed 2ohm coil/wick and three spares: 2ohm, 2.5ohm, and 3ohm for less than $20. I've never tried vaping it higher than 3.7v using the stock coil, because I'm afraid it may melt the base unit that's holding both the positive and negative posts. Both post have springs and washers to lock the coil in place, so you don't need any extra tools. Something to try and experiment with on a budget.

You can't go wrong with an AGA T+ as well. I picked up a few of these units, and am very happy.

If that doesn't speak against the R-tank, I don't know what does. Ahh yes, all the nuts and springs are brass of an unknown alloy. Sounds like an aga t is the one to beat so far.

I ordered a genesis v2 yesterday but I have been looking at the r tank and the aga t+ also. The r tank was just restocked at gotvapes today.

AGA-T+ PLUS Genesis Rebuildable Atomizer

I purchased a genesis v2 last week. I'm planning on buying an AGA-T2 for the simple fact that they are cheap, top doesn't screw on, and the tank is pyrex so I can put whatever liquid I want in there.

Aga-t2, good tank to start out with. Despite some of the posts out knocking them for being hard to set up, they really are not difficult. Bunch of different wick options to play with till you decide which you like best. Great price.

+1 to what everyone is saying. AGA-T2 is the way to go. Get some M3 washers, a 3/32" drill bit, and some good SS mesh and you are ready to rock and roll (rock and roll at setting it up, everyone knows how genesis attys can be to set up at first).
