Help! Cannot fill KFL+ Clone from Fill Hole!

Maybe someone could help me...

I have an EHPRO KFL+ that has been performing well for a couple of weeks. After my last build, a problem developed. When I try to fill up the KFL+ from the bottom fill hole, juice drips out of the drip tip and juice also comes back out around the fill hole. My (cotton) wicks are just touching the deck. I even tried filling it with the wick removed, same result. It appears that pressure is building up when I fill, which wasn't happening before. I have replaced all the O-rings, still no luck. Someone please help, this is my only rebuildable (which I am hooked on) and it's sitting on the bench right now. Also, I already know about the top fill method, which does not work well for me. Thanks in advance for your help.

Just guessing, if you fill with a plastic bottle you may cover the whole filling hole and prevent air from getting out, in this case you should use a syringe (you anyway want to have one, it always comes handy).

Always let your kayfun rest upside down to settle any juice still inside to the cap area.
Always use a Small needle an fill slowly to allow internal air to escape past the needle through the fill hole.
Always leave a bubble of Air in the Tank to establish Negative pressure.

A little liquid drip in not a problem. This could simply be fluid that has gathered in the Coil chamber.

What purpose was served in attempting to fill with the wick removed?
