Help! Can't figure out ny new Joye eGo - T (Type B) XL cartridge

Geez I am too stupid to figure out how this works! I just got my eGo T today. I wanted to use the XL cartridges so I ordered the

"eGo XL Type B Atomizer" and it says "They require a large cartridge which holds over 2ml of liquid,"

so I ordered the "eGo XL Cartridges - Type 'B' - Black 5 Pack"

But I don't understand how they work. The regular tank cartridge that comes with it has a cap on it to pull off, fill and close. The XL one just has the big rubber cap on the end and it has some fiber filling it the tank but there is no way to close it. The XL atomizer has a huge coil that I can see when I pull off the empty mouth piece that comes on it. So is this cartridge supposed to seal like the small tank cartridge? I really don't get it. And on the regular atomizer you don't see a coil just the little sharp thing that pierces the small tank cartridge.

These are the best pics I could get. The first one is the XL cartridge with the filler that only has the big end cap that clearly is supposed to be removed. The second is the XL atomizer that comes with a plain black mouth piece that has nothing in it. And the third is the inside of the XL atomizer that shows the large coil that I would think all this juice would just get all over if there is no cap. Does it not need a cap? Am I just supposed to fill it and stick it in there?

Drip the e-liquid into the filler until you get it fairly saturated. (sorta wet looking, but not pooling.) push the cartridge onto the atomizer, and vape. The filler holds the e-liquid and allows it to work its way onto the bridge of the atomizer which then wicks the liquid down to be heated by the coil underneath.

You probably wanted an ego-t TANK system, but ordered the standard ego atomizer + cartridges. The tank system has plastic tanks that have a cap and hole plus the atomizer has a spike assembly which pierces the tank. But what you have will work.

Well no I got the XL on both. Even says so on my invoice. I just assumed they were tanks but maybe that is the deal. Maybe they don't have XL in tanks. Because it doesn't say "tank" just cartridge.

Well the reg ones that came in the kit are tanks so I definitely will use them too. I just figured the others were too. Thanks so much for all the info!!!!!!

Perhaps you misread the kit type. ego-t also refers to the BATTERIES which have a 5-click cutoff. Watch those vids though...good info. Best bet for ANY vaping purchase is to check the youtube reviews and info here before diving in. It'll save you some time and headaches.
