Help: Clone Halo's Southern Classic?

I think or should I say hope I'm ready to try mixing a clone or close enough to Halo's Southern Classic. See:

Southern Classic E-liquid | Halo E Liquid

Although I've mixed a few nice twists/tweaks using the base RY4 Double Flavor (TFA) thanks to all your help, I honestly don't know where to start with a light tobacco base. I love this juice. I could vape it 24/7/365 but would appreciate your help on which light tobacco base to start with and of course your thoughts on the additional notes.
