help combine touch switch and 5v regulator

Can anyone show me how to combine touch switch and 5v regulator? I'm noob on electronics.
I have tried combining two circuit.... and I have successfully getting 5volts on the atomizer but I can't activate it by touching. It only works if I join the wire where I suppose to touch. Can you please tell me where did I mess my circuit diagram. Thanks.

Dang Java.... beat me to it...that will work...he was killing the process by not having a direct connection to his Vin from the battery and the inhibit was over complicating things...and not set up right...

Yeah i almost didn't fix it. But after looking at it a couple times i decided why not i need to work on my photoshop skills ( even though i really use Gimp2 ) . Source and drain pins were backwards also , got that squared away. But yeah it was over complicated. No need for a inhibit when your using a mosfet. Should work fine as long as the case is not grounded or if it is it needs to be grounded off the Drain of the mosfet .

FWIW I would drop the 10uF cap, it's the wrong value anyway according to the datasheet. I would also start with a 10M resistor and see how that works first.

And do put a heat sink on that reg.
