help!!! dr.pepper/mixing

hi guys havent been here in over a year .well i upgraded from the joye 510 to the joyetech ego c wow what a diffrence.odly enough i have yet needed to replace any atomizers in my 510 sence i bought it. i guess swaping between 3 510s keeps the atomizer from getting to hot one does have a funny tast though.i use it for strong flavors.there backups now that i got my ego c.well heres my question.

i ordered a 250ml of flavorless/oderless premixed 24mg nic 50pg/50vg from www.myfreadomsmokes.com.
how much flavoring am i saposed to add to 10ml of this liquid for a mid to strong flavor does it depend on the flavor?
if so what would be the average so i can start there and add more if i need to?
heres the big question my favorite e liquid is dr pepper and i cant seem to find it in a concentrated flavor can someone help me on this.cant live with out dr.pepper

I DIY all my Decadent Flavors ejuice and use this formula:

Platinum Ice 54mg - Mixing Juice-PG, PEG-400 or VG- 30ml Bottle

You'll see that the 'drops of flavoring' is always 7 - and the combination of nic base and blend is 23. And you can also read that as 'parts of flavoring' and 'parts of nic and blend'. I have to also blend the nic and the VG in order to get the right nicotine mg level I want but that's been done for you at freedomsmokes

So using that formula, the 7 parts of flavoring is .2333 the total of 30. a little less than a quarter of the whole. so .2333 of 10 is 2.3ml which is about 47 drops if you were dripping from a bottle (depending on the tip ) If you can measure out 2.3ml, that would be better. So pour out 7.7ml of the nic/pg/vg base and add 2.3ml of flavoring for 10 ml - that's a good start and you can adjust according to your taste buds after that.....
