Sounds to me like you're going to have to experiment a little.

1. If your taste buds are shot, wait until they return. That's kinda obvious. But make sure that's the problem and vape something that you already have and that has tasted 'right' to you.

2. Make a small test batch...say 5 or 10 ml of your preferred base ration of PG/VG without adding any nicotine. I personally like a 10 ml sample size.

3. Start with a low flavoring percentage of flavor...maybe something like 5% and do a tasting. I usually drip when I'm doing taste tests because it minimizes the amount of juice that I use.

4. Increase your flavor percentages in subsequent tests. Maybe try 10, 15, 20% and so on until you find your desired flavor percentage. Since you are using the original test sample, you will not get the exact flavor percentages since you are reducing your base each time you take a small sample out. But it should get you in the ballpark. You will probably see diminished flavor if you overshoot a target percentage.

5. Read Hoosier's blogs, especially the guide to Flavoring Ratios:

E-Cigarette Forum - Hoosier - Blogs

Good luck!

I am probably going to start over from scratch when i make my new order for supplies cause between me and my friend we burned thru most of the 25 (1dram)bottles from shopebettys.com (lorann) of flavoring we had gotten trying different things but i am looking for a strong flavor of caramel and hazel nut with maybe a bit of coffee for a most of the day vape.

You might want to give some of the TFA flavors from WizardLabs a try. And if you want a good and easy coffee/caramel the TFA Caramel Cappucino is very strong .. you use only 1 drop of it per 10ml of mix. I also add a few drops of Sweet Cream. It is the most foolproof recipe I have and the results are good.
